2. User Registration and Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
B. User Obligations and Responsibilities

C. Representations and Warranties
By registering an account and using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into binding contracts. You also affirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Freelancer Services and Gigs
A. Description of Services
Freelancers offer a diverse range of professional services known as "Gigs." These services are described in detail within the Gig listings. It is the responsibility of freelancers to accurately represent their services and deliverables.
B. Gig Creation and Listing
Freelancers are responsible for creating and maintaining their Gig listings. They must accurately describe the services they offer, set appropriate pricing, and provide clear instructions to buyers regarding their requirements.
C. Pricing and Payments
Buyers agree to pay the full price specified in the Gig at the time of purchase. WishToDo's payment system facilitates secure transactions between buyers and freelancers. The platform may retain a service fee for facilitating the transaction.
D. Communication between Users
Effective communication between buyers and freelancers is crucial for successful project completion. WishToDo provides messaging features to facilitate communication within the Platform, and users are encouraged to use this system for all project-related discussions.
4. Buyer and Seller Relationships
A. Order Placement and Processing
When a buyer purchases a Gig, a contractual relationship is established between the buyer and the freelancer. The freelancer commits to delivering the agreed-upon services, and the buyer commits to providing necessary information and payment.
B. Delivery of Services
Freelancers are required to deliver services within the specified time frame and in accordance with the description provided in their Gig listing. Buyers may request revisions within the Gig's scope.
C. Revisions and Disputes
If a buyer is not fully satisfied with the delivered work, they may request revisions from the freelancer within the Gig's revision policy. In case of disputes, users are encouraged to use the Resolution Center to resolve issues amicably.
D. Cancellations and Refunds
Through Wishtodo.com, a customer may request a refund if they are dissatisfied with the work that a freelancer has provided.Our team will review the request, then Refunds will be issued as credits to the buyer's wallet on WishToDo, which can be used for future purchases within the Platform.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
A. Ownership of Work and Deliverables
Freelancers retain ownership of the intellectual property rights related to their work until payment is received in full. Upon payment, freelancers grant buyers a limited license to use the delivered work for personal or commercial purposes, as agreed upon within the Gig.
B. License and Usage Rights for Buyers
Buyers agree not to use delivered work for purposes beyond the scope of the license granted by the freelancer. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
C. Copyright Infringement Claims
WishToDo respects the intellectual property rights of all users. If a user believes that their intellectual property rights have been infringed upon, they may submit a formal copyright infringement notice as outlined in our Copyright Policy.
6. Prohibited Activities
A. Forbidden Behaviors and Content
Users shall not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or harms the integrity of the Platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to fraud, spamming, and uploading malicious content.
B. Violations Reporting Mechanism
WishToDo provides a reporting mechanism for users to flag any violations or suspicious activities on the Platform. Users are encouraged to report any such incidents to ensure the integrity and security of the community.
C. Consequences of Policy Breach
